We are migrating to a new user management system to make the app easier to use. Part of this process has also meant simplifying the authentication experience to solve issues such as constantly needing to log in every time you use the app due to short sign in timeout window.


What you need to complete this process:

  • The email address associated with the social login used in previous versions on Benchmrk
  • Access to the email account used to manage this email address
  • The email address needs to still be active for this process to be completed


The process of migrating your account is completed by creating a password for your account.

Steps to migrating your social account

  1. Tap the migration button
  2. Enter the email address associate with the social account you wish to migrate
  3. Password reset instructions will be sent to your email address
  4. Follow the link in the instructions email
  5. Create a password for your account
  6. Once the password has been set you can then login to Benchmrk with your updated credentials
