Geolocarta Technologies Pty Ltd will make their best efforts to minimise the impact of sun angles, sun glint, and wind during the capture process. However, we cannot guarantee that these factors will not affect the quality of the final product.

The customer understands that to minimise the impact of sun angles, the capture may need to be done at specific times when the sun is at a certain angle. Sun glint may also affect the quality of the imagery, especially if the area of interest is over a large body of water. Additionally, wind may need to be considered during capture, particularly for thermal captures or those over water.

The customer hereby waives any claims or damages that may arise from these factors affecting the quality of the product that the customer is ordering. The customer understands that the quality of the product may be affected by these factors, and the customer accepts such risks.
